President Shevardnadze Will Not Participate in Unofficial Summit of the CIS

President of Georgia Eduard Shevardnadze will not attend CIS unofficial summit in Sochi in August. As Shevardandze said in his Monday radio interview, he has cancelled the visit because of murder of Giorgi Sanaia.

One week ago President Shevardnadze has announced that he probably would not attend the summit and explained such decision with the difficult situation in Pankisi valley and anti-corruption campaign.
