State Property Management Ministry Canceled

(Tbilisi, May 13, 2003. Civil Georgia) – President Shevardnadze issued today decree, which cancels the Ministry of State Property Management.

The new structure ? State Agency for Management of Enterprises will be created, which will be in subordination of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

Solomon Pavlishvili, former Minster of State Property Management will hold the post of the Deputy Minister of Economy.

This new structure will be responsible for the management of the state-owned enterprises.
