Valeri Loshinin Met Eduard Kokoiti

(Tbilisi, May 22, 2003. Civil Georgia) – On May 21 Deputy Foreign minister of Russia Valeri Loshinin met with the president of the self-declared South Osetian republic Eduard Kokoiti.

Kokoiti said that unsolved economic problems have very negative impact on the Georgian-Osetian conflict resolution process.

The sides expressed support to the decision of the joint control commission, regarding enactment of the Georgian-Russian governmental agreement on December 23, 2000, on economic rehabilitation and return of the IDPs to the conflict zone.
