Georgian President, German Chief of Intelligence Discussed Security Issues
(Tbilisi, June 13 2003, Civil Georgia) – Georgian President Shevardnadze and chief of the German Foreign Intelligence Agency (BND – Bundesnachrichtendienst) Mr. Henning held a meeting on June 12 beyond the closed doors in Tbilisi.
After the meeting German official refrained from making comments for the press. However chief of the Georgian Intelligence Service Avtandil Ioseliani said “security issues were discussed.”
