Georgian, Abkhaz Delegations Visit Balkans

The delegations of Georgia and breakaway Abkhazia left for Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo on October 12. 

The Georgian delegation is represented by Special Affairs Minister Malkhaz Kakabadze; the Abkhaz delegation is led by de facto Foreign Minister Sergei Shamba. Major-General Kazi Ashfaq Ahmed, UN Chief Military Observer, accompanies the delegation.

During the visit the conflicting sides will get acquainted with the peaceful processes in the post-conflict areas.
