Armenian, Azeri Leaders Pledge Support to Shevardnadze

President Eduard Shevardnadze held phone conversations with his Armenian and Azerbaijani counterparts Robert Kocharyan and Ilham Aliyev today and discussed recent developments in Georgia after the November 2 parliamentary elections.

As the press office of the Georgian President reports, the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders expressed their support to the authorities of Georgia, hoping that the country would manage to overcome the current crisis.
