UN Under-Secretary-General Visits Georgia

UN Under-Secretary-General for Peacekeeping Operations Jean-Marie Gu?henno will arrive in Tbilisi on November 20 on a three-day official visit.

He will hold meetings with the Georgian leadership and get acquainted with the situation in the Abkhaz conflict area.

The sides will discuss the issues of promotion of talks on conflict resolution.

Jean-Marie Gu?henno intends to visit the capital of breakaway Abkhazia, Sukhumi on November 22 and hold meetings with the representatives of the Abkhaz side.
