Georgia has a New Ambassador to Russia

Parliament approved on February 5 Kote Kemularia as a Georgia’s new ambassador to Russia. Kemularia will replace Zurab Abashidze.

Kote Kemularia is President Saakashvili’s key ally and was a chief of the Parliamentary faction of the Saakashvili’s National Movement party.
 
Kote Kemularia is a lawyer and was the Justice Minister in early 90s.
