National Guard’s New Commander Appointed

Brigadier General Soso Kutateladze has been appointed as the Commander of the Georgia’s National Guard on February 23.

“He [Soso Kutateladze] is a professional and honest person,” Secretary of the National Security Council Vano Merabishvili told the servicemen of the National Guard, while presenting a new Commander.
