Saakashvili, Abashidze Held Phone Talks

Georgian Interior Minister Giorgi Baramidze confirmed that President Saakashvili held phone conversation with Adjarian leader Aslan Abashidze, who is in Moscow at the moment.

“They discussed recent developments in Adjara, when President Saakashvili was barred from entering Autonomous Republic,” Baramidze said.

No other details of phone conversation between Mikheil Saakashvili and Aslan Abashidze are known.
