Bagapsh Ready for Dialogue

Opposition leader Sergey Bagapsh, whose supporters still control the major governmental offices in capital Sokhumi, captured on November 12, said that he is ready for a dialogue, both with Moscow and the Abkhaz government.

?Our position has not changed after the November 12 events. We have won the [presidential] elections,? Interfax news agency quoted Bagapsh as saying on November 13.
