Chief of Customs Office Sacked

Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania announced at the government?s session on February 2, that Giorgi Godabrelidze, Chairman of the Customs Department, was dismissed.

He said that Deputy Finance Minister Zurab Anteladze will replace Godabrelidze.

The Prime Minister said that there are ?more possibilities? in the Customs Department for increasing customs incomes.
