ODIHR Needs Assessment Mission for Election Observation to Visit Georgia in mid-June
A needs assessment mission from OSCE’s democracy and rights arm ODIHR will be visiting Georgia to determine the scale of its observation of October parliamentary elections from June 11 to June 15, according to ODIHR spokesperson Thomas Rymer.
Georgia sent in early April an official invitation to OSCE’s Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and other relevant organizations to deploy long-term election observation missions to Georgia monitor the entire electoral campaign in lead up to the parliamentary elections.
