Bloc Revival Disassociates from MP Kakubava

(Tbilisi, February 26, Civil Georgia) – Giorgi Targamadze, Chairman of the United Georgia Parliamentary faction stated on February 26, that Revival bloc does not share MP Boris Kakubava’s position concerning the death of Nugzar Sajaia.

MP Kakubava, who is the member of Revival faction, accused former National Security Council Secretary in masterminding assassination of Adjarian leader Aslan Abashidze.

Giorgi Targamadze stated at the news briefing on February 26, that bloc Revival discussed Kakubavas’ issue for several times and will take decision in the nearest days.

Nugzar Sajaia committed suicide on February 25. It is thought that accusations and libel against him caused Sajaia’s suicide.
