(Tbilisi, March 5, Civil Georgia) – Jaime Gama, Portuguese Foreign Minister and Chairman-in-Office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe [OSCE], stated today in Armenia that OSCE supports Georgia’s steps in order to protect its security.
OSCE Chairman-in-Office commented on US-Georgian military cooperation.
“Georgia is a sovereign state and has right to decide on its own who to secure its security,” Jaime Gama announced at the news briefing in Yerevan, Armenian capital.
Jaime Gama arrives in Tbilisi on March 5. Conflicts in Abkhazia and South Osetia will be the main issue during the meeting with the Georgian high officials.
On March 6 OSCE Chairman-in-Office will visit Azerbaijan.
