(Tbilisi, May 28, Civil Georgia) – On May 27 Parliamentary bureau meeting was held. This was the first meeting of the renewed bureau after the Parliamentary posts were redistributed.
Bureau, which consists of the Parliamentary factions’ leaders, Chairmen of the Committees, Vice-Speakers and the Parliamentary Chairperson, worked out the issues that will be discussed at the next plenary session, scheduled for June 4.
Discussion of the several draft laws and the report of the Georgian Public Defender are in the agenda of the next plenary session.
Parliamentary sessions are ceased before the local self-governance elections, scheduled for June 2.
