(Tbilisi, July 8, Civil Georgia) – Meeting of the coordination council of the Georgian-Ossetian conflict is held in Moscow on July 8-9.
Economic rehabilitation of the breakaway region of South Ossetia and the issue of IDPs will be discussed during the meeting.
In result of ethnic conflict in 1990-1992 central government of Georgia had lost control of the region. In result of peace process, the control has been partially restored in several villages populated by ethnic Georgians.
