(Tbilisi, November 14, Civil Georgia) – Meeting of Georgian and Russia border guards is held in Tbilisi on November 14 to discuss the joint measures to increase control at the Georgian-Russian border.
Korneli Salia, Acting Chief of the Georgian Border Guard Department Staff and Valeri Putov, Commander of Russia?s North Caucasian Border Guard Department will hold talks in Georgian capital.
As the Georgian authorities say a joint measures include cooperation in exchange of information and communication.
The joint measures to increase the control of the border will be conducted at the frontiers with Russia’s Ingush, Chechen and Daghestani Republics.
Georgian and Russian Presidents agreed on joint measures during the meeting in Moldova on October 6.
