(Tbilisi, Civil Georgia, December 6, 2002) – Amiran Natsvlishvili, director of the Automobile Construction Enterprise in Kutaisi, western Georgia, which was detained by the kidnappers for the four days, is released and hospitalized with heavy injuries this morning.
Rustavi 2 TV channel reports that Natsvlishvili is severely beaten. The details of the abduction case and release are unknown. Reports say that the law enforcers did not participated in the release of businessman.
According to the unofficial reports Amiran Natsvlishvili was kidnapped for the ransom. Prosecutor’s Office of Kutaisi town investigates the case.
