(Tbilisi, December 12, 2002. Civil Georgia) – Nino Burjanadze, Chairwoman of the Parliament of Georgia, started her 3 day visit to Estonia on December 11. In Tallinn Burjanadze stated that Georgia wishes to share experience with Estonia in the issues such as border guarding, lawmaking and integration into the European structures – Rosbalt news agency reports.
Burjanadze met with President Arnold Riuitel and other officials. During the talks, the sides will discuss various issues of bilateral and regional cooperation. Burjanadze thanked Estonian President for supporting Georgia in the international organizations and expressed hope that the parliaments and governments of the two countries will further extend cooperation in the future.
Today Nino Burjanadze will deliver a lecture on situation in the Caucasus to students and professors of the Concordia University.
