(Tbilisi, December 20, 2002. Civil Georgia) – Russian and Georgian experts from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs hold consultations in Tbilisi on December 20-21.
Situation in Abkhazia will be the top agenda during the consultations. It is anticipated that Georgian side will push the issue of changing mandate of the CIS peacekeeping forces deployed in the conflict zone.
Georgian authorities accuse Russian government for having no progress in Abkhazian conflict resolution.
