(Tbilisi February 21, 2003. Civil Georgia) – Abkhaz side released Kakha Kvitsiani on February 21, which was held in captivity for 6 days.
Abkhazians accused Kvitsiani in violation of so-called border between Abkhazia and Georgia.
Reports say that the release occurred as result of the negotiations between Georgian Intelligence Chief Avtandil Ioseliani and the leadership of the administration of Gali district of breakaway Abkhazia.
