(Tbilisi. April 19, 2003. Civil Georgia) – National Security Council (NSC) discusses today the document on settlement of the conflict in Abkhazia.
?This is the complex document on the ways of resolution of the conflict,? Special Affairs Minister Malkhaz Kakabadze told the reporters before the NSC meeting.
The document was elaborated in the Parliament and State Chancellery (President?s administration). The details of the document remain confidential.
After the meeting head of Tbilisi-based Abkhaz government in exile Tamaz Nadareishvili told the reporters that he is against of the document, as it promotes peaceful settlement of the conflict, while he supports ?implementation of the Chapter VII of the UN Charter, for peace enforcement in Abkhazia.?
