(Tbilisi, July 23, 2003, Civil Georgia) – At a July 23 government’s meeting Georgian President Eduard Shevardnadze expressed discontent with the work of the executive government.
”The government’s ineffective work has triggered cutting of the budgetary expenditures, as requested by the IMF Mission. I am not going to neglect the IMF recommendations,” Shevardnadze said at the session.
He called the ministers and heads of state departments to work better.
