Meanwhile, chief of the UES Anatoly Chubais, which arrived in Tbilisi today, held talks with the Georgian Energy Minister Davit Mirtskhulava. After the talks Chubais met with the State Minister Avtandil Jorbenadze. At the moment Chubais holds talks with President Shevardnadze.
