The presidential-backed election bloc For New Georgia will present the election platform today. The leaders of the bloc, including President Shevardnadze will attend the presentation.
“We have a stability, now it is time for development. This is the main principle of our platform,” Vazha Lortkipanidze, one of the leaders of the bloc and former State Minister told reporters.
Meanwhile, the youth movement Kmara (Enough) is holding a protest rally in front of the State Chancellery [President’s administration] against the presidential-backed election alliance For New Georgia.
