Mikheil Saakashvil said “we [opposition leaders], including Nino Burjanadze, do not intend to go the State Chancellery [the President’s office] and talks with Shevardnadze.”
“If he wants to talks with us, I offer him to meet with us not in the State Chancellery, but publicly,” Mikheil Saakashvili said, while addressing the protesters in front of the Parliament.
This morning President Shevardnadze asked the opposition to hold the meeting and discuss the political crisis in the country.
