The Tbilisi district court cancelled today the final protocol of vote tally in the Bolnisi constituency.
The opposition National Movement filed a lawsuit against the Bolnisi election district in the court.
“The Bolnisi election district was given four days to recheck the protocols and the relevant documents,” Tina Khidasheli of the Georgian Young Lawyers Association, NGO which observed November 2 parliamentary elections, told Civil Georgia on November 11.
She said the lawsuit is based on the violations reported by observers on the election day. Levan Mamaladze of the pro-presidential election bloc For New Georgia and Kamal Muradkhanov of the opposition National Movement contest for Bolnisi single-mandate constituency.
