Levan Aleksidze, aide to Georgian President for the issues on international law, started to perform his duties in the State Chancellery of Georgia.
However, as he said from now on he will obey Nino Burjanadze as an acting President.
“If the President fails to perform his duties, the Parliamentary Chairperson becomes an acting president.
Nino Burjanadze can work as an acting President, until new presidential elections are held,” Levan Aleksidze said on November 23.
Earlier on November 21 Levan Aleksidze issued a statement, saying that Eduard Shevardnadze is responsible for the November 2 ballot fraud.
