Abashidze: I Voted for Stability







Abashidze casts ballot in Batumi.
Leader of the Adjara Autonomous Republic Aslan Abashidze said today after casting a ballot at one of the precincts of Batumi that he voted “for peace and stability in Georgia.”
 
Speaking about the voting process in the Autonomy, the Adjarian leader said “particular violations have been observed in Adjara.”

He also said “certain provocations might take place” during the elections in Adjara.
 
Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania is currently visiting Adjara to personally monitor the election process in the Autonomous Republic.
