The second plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of breakaway Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Transdnestria was held in Moscow on April 9, Itar-Tass news agency reported.
The parliamentarians from the three secessionist regions urged the UN, OSCE, Council of Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) ?to prevent bloodshed in the republics and contribute to the strengthening of peace,? according to Itar-Tass.
The desision to set up the Parliamentary Assembly, which has its headquarters in Moscow, was agreed on in Sokhumi last September.
