Co-chairmen of the quadripartite Joint Control Commission (JCC), involving the Georgian, South Ossetian, Russian and North Ossetian sides, are meeting Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania in Tbilisi.
Georgian State Minister Goga Khaindrava, who represents Georgia in the JCC, South Ossetian Special Affairs Minister Boris Chochiev, Russian Foreign Ministry?s special Ambassador Lev Mironov and Teimuraz Kusiev of Russia?s North Ossetian Republic, as well as Head of the OSCE Mission to Georgia Roy Reeve will all participate in talks.
?The meeting was initiated by the South Ossetian side. It is not ruled out that we will agree over holding talks between [South Ossetian de facto President] Eduard Kokoev and Zurab Zhvania,? South Ossetian representative at the JCC Boris Chochiev told reporters before the talks.
