?Previously, the talks were planned to be held in Vladikavkaz [capital of Russia?s North Ossetia]. However, the Beslan tragedy disrupted this plan,? Goga Khaindrava told reporters on September 30.
Khaindrava named the Bulgarian capital Sofia as a possible venue for the talks. OSCE Chairman-in-Office and Bulgarian Foreign Minister Solomon Passy has offered the conflicting sides to hold top level talks in Sofia.
