President of Turkmenistan Kurbanguly Berdymukhamedov will pay an official visit to Georgia on July 2-3.
He will hold talks with his Georgian counterpart Giorgi Margvelashvili and PM Irakli Garibashvili on July 2.
In a congratulatory message to President Berdymukhamedov on his birthday on June 29, PM Garibashvili said: “I am confident that your upcoming visit to Georgia will give powerful momentum to bilateral relations. I am looking forward to meeting with you and discussing deepening bilateral cooperation to bring it to qualitatively new level.”
In a message of congratulation to his Turkmen counterpart, the Georgian President said that the bilateral relations have “intensified in recent years.”
“I believe that significant potential that the two countries have will become a cornerstone of much more fruitful cooperation,” the Georgian President said.
President Margvelashvili visited Turkmenistan in December, 2014.
