Georgian PM Giorgi Kvirikashvili will be paying a working visit to the United States on April 25-29, his office said on Sunday.
A meeting with U.S. Vice President Joe Biden is planned during the visit, according to the PM’s office.
PM Kvirikashvili will also meet several members of Senate and House of Representatives, as well as World Bank President Jim Yong Kim and Deputy Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund Min Zhu.
He will speak at the U.S. Institute of Peace on April 26; next day he will speak at University of Illinois, where he graduated master’s degree in finance in 1998.
The PM will be accompanied by Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze; Economy Minister Dimitri Kumsishvili, and GD lawmaker Tedo Japaridze, who chairs foreign affairs committee in the Parliament.
