Parliamentarian Koba Davitashvili officially announced his decision to leave Citizens’ Union Party and the Parliamentary Majority.
Davitashvili said, that he does not agree with Shevardnadze’s attitude to current situation in the country. Such an attitude has been clearly demonstrated during the Expanded Meeting of the Government, when President called reformer ministers for cooperation with corrupted ministers.
Davitashvili mentioned that a new faction might be formed and several Majority members might join it as well.
