(Tbilisi. November 7. Civil Georgia) – In an exclusive interview to the independent TV Company Rustavi-2 President Shevardnadze stated that he has told Head of the Adjara Autonomous Republic Aslan Abashidze “not to rule out the possibility of the Prime-Minister’s post offered to him.”
The President stated that Abashidze did not give the answer on the proposal so far.
On November 3 President Shevardnadze met Aslan Abashidze in Batumi, capital of Autonomous Republic.
The Parliament is to discuss the issue of re-establishment of the Cabinet of Ministers next week .
