Prime Minister Gakharia Tests Positive for COVID-19

Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia tested positive for the novel coronavirus, the government press office announced on November 2.

The Prime Minister went into self-isolation on October 31, on the day of parliamentary election, after one of his aides confirmed positive for the virus.
