Russian MP Demands Using of Force Against Georgia
(Tbilisi, August 20, 2003, Civil Georgia) – Chairman of the Russian State Duma Committee for International Affairs Dmitry Rogozin said in an interview with Russian newspaper Rosiiskaya Gazeta, that the presence of terrorists in Georgia is a sufficient reason to use force against the country.
Rogozin said that military force can be used when the state renders assistance to terrorist organizations on its territory, harbors terrorists and is incapable to suppress their activity. ?At the moment Georgia meets !

The Georgian authorities claim that as a result of the anti-crime operation conducted in the Pankisi gorge last year not a single Chechen fighter was found there.
