Swissair Cancels Flights to Georgia

On October 25, Swissair announced about cancellation of Zurich-Tbilisi-Zurich flights. Financial problems of the Swiss company are the main reason of the decision.

It is reported that Tbilisi International Airport will lose $500,000 annually as the contract with the Swissair is cancelled.

Crisis-stricken Swissair was making flights from Tbilisi irregularly recently.
