Governor Accused in Corruption
(Tbilisi, February 9, Civil Georgia) – Anticorruption Council Secretary Mirian Gogiashvili accused Governor Koba Buchukuri of Mtsketa-Mtianeti region having shares in one of the energy companies.
Gogiashvili stated at the expended government’s meeting on February 9, that the Governor did not indicate his shares in the tax files.
Governor Buchukuri has been allegedly accused in corruption before. The Governor always denied the accusations.
