No Deal with Criminals – Internal Affairs Minister Says

(Tbilisi, February 18, Civil Georgia) – “There will be no deal with the kidnappers. We will not release criminal as the kidnappers of the four policmen demand,” Georgian Internal Affairs Minister Koba Narchemashvili stated on February 18.

Criminals abducted policmen late yesterday demanding release of influential drug dealer arrested on February 17.

“We hope that law enforcers will not need to use force to release abducted persons,” Narchemashvili stated.
