Georgian, Russian Officials Talk on Economic Issues

Georgian governmental delegation led by State Minister Avtandil Jorbenadze visits Moscow on July 4 to hold talks with Russian officials on the economic issues.

The negotiations are held in the frames of the Georgian-Russian economic cooperation commission. The signing of the agreement on cooperation in trade cooperation is scheduled.

It is also anticipated that the sides will discuss the issue of gas supply to Georgia. The Russian gas supplier company ITERA frequently ceases supplying gas to Georgia because of Georgia’s debt to the company.
