MP Left the Parliament
(Tbilisi. March 13, 2003. Civil Georgia) – MP Giorgi Targamadze, Chairman of the United Georgia faction announced at the Parliamentary session today that he leaves the Parliament.
?I leave the Parliament, I leave the politics. I do not intend to run for MP in the upcoming Parliamentary elections,? Giorgi Targamadze said.
Giorgi Targamadze was one of the leaders of the Revival Party, backed by the Head of the Adjarian Autonomous Republic Aslan Abashidze. Recently he had disagreement with the party.
