Abkhaz de facto Prime Minister Met Russian Envoy

(Tbilisi. March 13, 2003. Civil Georgia) – Russian President?s representative for the Abkhaz conflict settlement Valeri Loshchinin met with de facto Prime Minister of Abkhazia Genadi Gagulia in Moscow on March 12.

Russian Foreign Ministry reported today Loshchinin and Gagulia talked about the issue discussed at the meeting of Shevardnadze and Putin during the talks in Sochi on March 6-7.

Prime Minister of breakaway Abkhazia expressed readiness ?to find mutual acceptable solution of the problem? and resumption of the railway route via Abkhazia, return of IDPs in Abkhazia and rehabilitation power facilities in the region.

Russian President?s envoy emphasized importance of the prompt creation of the commission, which will work on implementation of Sochi agreement.
