Anti-War Rally in Front of US Embassy in Tbilisi

(Tbilisi. March 26, 2003. Civil Georgia) – Up to 100 members of the Unity political party gathered today in front of the US embassy in Tbilisi to protest against the US-led war in Iraq.

“We gathered today here to demonstrate that people are against of war,” Alexander Chachia, one of the leaders of the Unity party said at the protest rally.

This was the third anti-war rally in Tbilisi.
