Power Line Damage Blacked Out Tbilisi
(Tbilisi. April 15, 2003. Civil Georgia) – Damage of the power line Imereti blacked out Georgian capital Tbilisi on April 15.
The electricity supply resumed to the facilities of the vital importance after the half an hour.
According to the Georgian Energy Ministry the damage of the power line was caused with the storm in the western Georgia.
The Imereti power line transmits electricity from Enguri hydropower station, western Georgia to the eastern Georgia.
