Georgian Security Chief Says Colin Powell Might Visit Georgia

(Tbilisi. May 1, 2003. Civil Georgia) – Secretary of the Georgian National Security Council Tedo Japaridze told the reporters today that the US State Secretary Colin Powell might visit Georgia in mid-May.

“The final decision is not taken yet. In case of visit it will be very short and will last for couple of hours,” Tedo Japaridze said.

Secretary of the Georgian National Security Council also said that the final decision will be known in the nearest days.
