Abkhaz de facto Premier on Talks in Moscow
(Tbilisi, May 13, 2003. Civil Georgia) – Prime-Minister of unrecognized Abkhaz Republic Raul Khajinba left for Russian capital Moscow on May 12 to hold talks with the Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov, Abkhaz official news agency Apsnipress reported.
During the talks in Moscow Abkhaz de facto Premier will discuss the issue of implementation of the agreement signed by the Georgian and Russian Presidents in Sochi on March 7.
The agreement considers return of IDPs in Abkhazia, restoration of the railway route between Georgia and Russia via Abkhazia and rehabilitation of the power facilities in the breakaway region.
