U.S. Intelligence Official Visits Georgia
George Kolt, the National Intelligence Officer for Russia and Eurasia, the U.S. National Intelligence Council, arrived in Tbilisi on October 2.
During the visit George Kolt will hold meetings with Georgian President Eduard Shevardnadze and Chairman of the State Intelligence Department Avtandil Ioseliani.
Georgian officials refrain to comment on the visit, saying that the meetings between the U.S. intelligence officer and Georgian authorities are confidential.
